Search & SEO
that compounds instead of resetting
Get found by the people already looking for you.
Search is the only channel where the work you did last year is still working this year. Stop paying for ads and the traffic stops the same afternoon; stop publishing and a well-built page keeps earning. That compounding is the whole argument for SEO — and it is also why the discipline attracts so much noise, because the payback is slow enough that a bad agency can bill for a long time before anyone notices nothing has moved.
So we start by establishing the ceiling. A crawl tells us what is technically holding the site back, and a gap analysis against the competitors who actually rank tells us how much demand the category realistically holds. If that number does not justify the investment, we would rather say so before you commit than after.
How we run it
The Search & SEO engagement
Three stages, in this order. The sequence is the part that matters.
- 01
Crawl and gap analysis
We crawl the site the way a search engine does — indexation, canonicals, redirect chains, internal linking, render-blocked content — then map your visibility against the competitors ranking above you. The output is a written ceiling: what the category is worth in traffic, and how much of it is realistically reachable.
- 02
Fix the foundations
Architecture, speed, structured data, and the internal links that pass authority to the pages that matter. This is the unglamorous half of SEO and usually where the fastest movement hides, because most sites are competing with a handicap nobody has told them about.
- 03
Publish and earn
Content built around what a buyer is trying to do rather than around keyword volume, plus digital PR to earn the links that make search engines trust it. Every brief names the query it targets and the action it should produce, so a page that underperforms can be diagnosed instead of defended.
Is this you?
Usually worth a conversation if
If none of these sound familiar, a different discipline is probably the better starting point — and we will say which.
- You rank for your own brand name and very little else
- Traffic has been flat while competitors keep appearing above you
- A site migration cost you rankings you never got back
- You publish regularly, but it does not turn into enquiries

Questions
About Search & SEO
Pricing, timelines and how engagements run are answered on the services overview.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority typically take three to six months to move meaningfully, and longer in competitive categories. We set that expectation before you commit — if you need results inside a month, paid media is the honest answer and we will say so.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls a search engine's ranking systems, so a guarantee is either meaningless or it is quietly being met with terms nobody searches for. What we commit to is the work, the reasoning behind it, and reporting honest enough that you can judge whether it is paying off.
Can you fix an SEO problem we caused ourselves?
Usually. Botched migrations, duplicated content, accidental noindex tags and inherited spam links are all recoverable — recovery is just slower than the damage was. The audit tells you which situation you are in before you spend anything trying to fix it.
