Data & Analytics
you can defend in a board meeting
Know which half of the budget is working.
Nearly every marketing argument we walk into is really a measurement argument. Each channel reports the same conversion as its own, the analytics platform disagrees with the CRM, and the debate gets settled by whoever is most senior rather than by evidence.
That is fixable, and the fix is unglamorous: define the events that matter, implement them properly, decide in advance how credit is assigned, and report it somewhere people will actually look. Do that and most of the arguments answer themselves.
How we run it
The Data & Analytics engagement
Three stages, in this order. The sequence is the part that matters.
- 01
Audit what you are counting
We trace every conversion from the click to the record it creates, and document where the numbers diverge and why. Double-counted events, untracked offline outcomes and misconfigured goals are the usual culprits — and they are almost always inflating something.
- 02
Implement it properly
GA4 or your platform of choice, configured against a written measurement plan, with server-side tracking where browser restrictions have made client-side data unreliable. Consent handling is built in rather than retrofitted.
- 03
Report, then experiment
Dashboards built around the decisions your team makes weekly, not around every metric available. Then structured conversion testing on top: a hypothesis, a sample size agreed before the test runs, and an honest read of the result — including the tests that did not work.
Is this you?
Usually worth a conversation if
If none of these sound familiar, a different discipline is probably the better starting point — and we will say which.
- Your analytics numbers do not match your CRM and nobody knows why
- Every channel claims credit for the same conversions
- You built dashboards that nobody opens
- You want to test changes but cannot tell a real result from noise

Questions
About Data & Analytics
Pricing, timelines and how engagements run are answered on the services overview.
Our GA4 numbers do not match our CRM. Can that be fixed?
They will never match exactly — the two systems count different things at different moments, and some of the gap is structural. But most of it is usually implementation error, and that part is fixable. We document what is genuinely explainable and close the rest.
What is server-side tracking, and do we need it?
It moves data collection from the visitor's browser to a server you control, which makes it more reliable as browsers and privacy tooling block client-side scripts. It is worth doing when your data volume justifies the added complexity — and we will tell you plainly if it does not yet.
Can you work with the dashboards we already have?
Yes, where they are worth keeping. Rebuilding a reporting stack that broadly works is expensive theatre. More often the problem is the data feeding the dashboard rather than the dashboard itself.
